SaaS Platforme 24/7 Technical Support — How AgroVision Helps
The most valuable part of the AgroVision story is not the drones or the sensors — it is the support system behind them. Technology that fails at the critical moment is worthless. That is why AgroVision is building a 24/7 technical support model tailored to the reality of Serbian farms.
Three support tiers:
1. Remote IoT diagnostics — every device our partners install reports its health to a central monitoring system. If a sensor stops transmitting or sends anomalous values, our engineers get an alert within 60 seconds. In 85% of cases the issue is solved remotely: LoRaWAN restart command, recalibration, firmware update — no site visit required.
2. Agronomist consultations — for scenarios AI cannot solve (unexpected pest outbreak, new disease, climate anomaly), a farmer can reach an agronomist directly through the app. Average response time: 12 minutes during business hours (08-20h), under 90 minutes outside business hours. Consultations include field-image analysis, treatment recommendation, and follow-up.
3. Local partners for on-site interventions — when remote is not enough, we dispatch a technician. We have contracts with 15 field engineers distributed by region: 4 in Vojvodina, 3 in Sumadija, 3 in Pomoravlje, 2 in Western Serbia, 3 in Southern Serbia and Timok. Average arrival: under 4 hours during the growing season (April-October), under 24 hours off-season.
What is included in a contract?
- Annual maintenance (scheduled sensor check, calibration, battery replacement): included.
- Remote diagnostics and firmware updates: unlimited, 24/7.
- On-site interventions during the season: up to 4 per year at no extra cost, additional visits at a reduced rate (40 EUR/h vs. 70 EUR/h market).
- Faulty equipment replacement under warranty: 48 hours from confirmed failure.
Pricing? Standard package for farms up to 30 ha: 480 EUR/year. Professional for 30-150 ha: 1,200 EUR/year. Enterprise for larger clients: custom quote. All tiers include access to the AgroVision dashboard with historical data and subsidy-ready reports.
The key difference: we do not sell equipment and vanish. We sell agriculture-as-a-service — technology that works, backed by people who pick up when you need help. That is the only way precision technology becomes a real tool instead of an expensive toy.
